Our Process

Xyris IT follows a step-by-step methodology, our project management team is able to gauge your project's progress and make adjustments as needed.

 
Phase 1: Strategic Planning

Every project begins with strategic planning, which gives us a solid roadmap to follow. We talk with you or any people involved and get a good handle on your core business, your vision and your unique requirements.

Once we understand your business and objective, we create a requirements document from which we develop your solution. This document serves as a blueprint, or map throughout the life of your project.

We also develop a project plan so you can see where we are at, during any phase of your project.



Phase 2: Information Architecture

Once we establish the "roadmap" and project plan, we determine your site's structure and content requirements. After we work out those details, we create a "wire frame" of your solution.

We give you ideas and suggestions and ask for your input and approval each step of the way.



Phase 3: Interface Design & Production

Once you are satisfied with the initial framework, it's time to start on design and production, during which we focus on balancing visual design, functional specifications and technical requirements.

During this phase, we present you with:
 

	Design composites from which you review the look and feel
	Design layouts
	Art and images, either from your stock or ours, to enhance your site

Phase 4: Technical Engineering

The focus during this phase is building and testing your solution. During production, we:

 

	Complete all HTML, server scripting and database coding
	Complete backend engineering and programming
	Perform Beta testing
	Perform quality assurance and testing

Phase 5: Launch

Your solution is now launched and post launch activities begin. We verify that your site is successful by analyzing navigation and performance, so you are equipped with a user-friendly site that serves your target audience and therefore, meets your mission and goals.
